20 Goals For 2020.

Happy New Year everyone! 

Over the past week I have been thinking a lot about what I want my 2020 to look like. What do I want to achieve this year and where do I want to be in 12 months time? 

Resolutions at new year really aren’t my thing, I don’t think its productive and can make you feel like a bit of a failure really. In my family we have started doing mini bucket lists for our year, a list of things that we want to do over the course of the year. Big or small, it doesn’t matter. I think it is good to set a list at the start of the year of things to work towards.

So, in 2020 there are 20 things I would like to achieve; 

  1. Read at least 50 new books. 
  1. Visit a new country. 
  1. Get a new job. 
  1. Do more yoga. 
  1. Spend less time on my phone. 
  1. Learn to love the mornings. 
  1. Finish my business plan. 
  1. Learn a new skill. 
  1. Pay off my overdraft. 
  1. Actually start saving money. 
  1. Be more green. 
  1. Write more. 
  1. Laugh more. 
  1. Take care of my health.
  1. Enjoy the outdoors. 
  1. Commit to the gym again. 
  1. See more live music. 
  1. Learn to stop overthinking the small stuff. 
  1. Make more time for family. 
  1. Embrace what life throws at me! 

2020 is the perfect chance to make some changes for the better. It’s a new year and a whole new decade. So here’s to the next 12 months! What are your goals or resolutions for this year?
